We had a pleasant stay at this hotel, thanks to several positive aspects: • Great location: The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station, just a couple of minutes’ walk away, making it easy to reach the city center. Additionally, there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby. • Parking: Although the hotel doesn’t offer its own parking, the P+R parking lot is only a few minutes’ walk away. If you’re lucky, you might even find parking less than 100 meters from the hotel. • Professional staff: The hotel staff were very professional and well-mannered, making the experience pleasant. • Effortless check-in and checkout: Both processes were quick and hassle-free, adding to the overall convenience. • Thoughtful amenities: There is a vending machine in the hotel that provides essentials tourists might need, including Paracetamol and plasters—a thoughtful touch! • Clean and comfortable rooms: The beds were clean and comfy, and the shower was spotless. • Immaculate towels: The towels were clean, pure white, and in excellent condition, providing a sense of comfort when using them. Overall, this hotel provides great value with its excellent location, cleanliness, and professional service.

I've been traveling to Amsterdam for about 17 years, and I have family that lives near Bijlmer, so this hotel was a great choice. Excellent location right by the metro and train station. The staff was very friendly, we got our room at 2:30 pm and didn't have to pay for early check-in (it's from 3 pm). The room was perfectly adequate, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. What surprised me positively was that there was no noise at all. Not from the neighbors, nor from the hallway, nor from outside, which is very surprising because the trains and metro run right next to it. My only small comment is about the water, it changed temperature while showering, but it wasn't anything terrible. In summary, the room was small, but clean, the bed was very comfortable, everything was absolutely fine. We will definitely be back and thank you!

Free wifi and TV, seif for the laptop, food vending machine at each floor. Security card to enter the venue, to the elevator and to enter into the room.The coffee you can buy at the reception is absolutely great. There is a coffee machine there and you can buy at any time. Reception open 24/24, 7/7. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. There is a secured possibility to left the luggage after check-out or before check-in. Conclusion: I enjoyed my stay there and I thank to Nikki and to all other members of the staff.

The hotel is also across the street from the train station so it’s very easy to pop into central Amsterdam for the day. The staff were absolutely incredible in particular the male night time reception worker who I unfortunately didn’t get his name. I was there from June 24th - June 26th 2024. He was absolutely fantastic and showed amazing customer service. He helped me with any problems or questions I had, He truly went above and beyond.
